Troop Forms

Form Name Description
Troop Registration Form Used to register troop for council events.
Troop Camp Reservation Form Used to register troop for possible camp rentals. NOTE - COMPLETION DOES NOT IMPLY RESERVATION.
Intent to Travel Must be filed whenever troop is leaving Niagara County except for council-sponsored events.
Health Form Leader must have copy of completed health form at all meetings and trips.
Troop Financial Report Must be filed with council by August 1st.
Troop Detailed Cash Record Keep track of troop expenses and income.
Certification of Liability If your meeting place requests a proof of insurance.
Sponsorship Agreement For troops who seek sponsorship.

Adult Registration Form Used to register an adult for training or events.
Donation Form For anyone wanting to make a financial contribution.
Volunteer Service If you would like to become a Girl Scout of Niagara County volunteer.

 

Girl Forms

Form Name Description
Individual Girl Registration Used to register girls for council events or girl trainings.
